• UK and US

KYMIRA offers complimentary domestic UK and US shipping, with baskets of:

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): Free with a £50 spend

UK Next Day Delivery: Free with a £100 spend (please choose this option at the checkout)

US Delivery (1-2 working days): Free over $150 spend

• Standard Shipping Charges
• No US Tariff fees until further notice. 

For baskets less than the above thresholds, standard delivery charges will apply.

Delivery Timeline & Process

We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours when orders are placed between Monday and Friday.

For domestic orders within the UK, orders will be sent using standard shipping methods via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. For international shipments, method and shipping time will vary depending on the country being shipped to.

All next-working-day or express orders must be placed by 13:00 (GMT) (Monday - Friday).

Due to the use of external services to carry out delivery, we have limited control over parcels once they have left our headquarters.

Shipping estimates do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date for goods. If you are concerned about the progress of your order, please contact us, at info@kymira.com. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do our best to keep you updated on your order's progress, and to ensure that all goods arrive in the expected time and condition.

Tracking

• UK Standard Delivery

Our UK standard delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail. This service does not provide the ability to track your order. If you require your order by a certain date or you would like to be able to track the progress of your order, we recommend upgrading your postage to the next working day service.

If your item has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated arrival date, please get in contact as it may have gotten lost. Please note that before 10 business days have passed, we are unable to send out replacements as until this date has passed, the parcel is considered late but not yet lost.

• Europe & Rest of World

If you are based in Ireland, you can select either Royal Mail International or DHL, which are both tracked services.

If you are outside of the UK or have selected delivery via DHL, your parcel will have tracking, and we can provide you with updates on its progress upon request.

• Please note that delivery to Europe is subject to change due to the impact of Brexit.
