Our Infrared Performance Leggings combine a movement‑ready fit with KYMIRA’s infrared technology that actively supports your biology while you train. Use Protocol:
Wear at least 30 minutes before (90 minutes is optimal for priming) + during training, matches and performing. Please note, we recommend full skin coverage as much as possible for the best results using KYMIRA Infrared. The infrared waves can only penetrate approximately 4cm around the outside of the garment.

Swap to our recovery leggings or tracksuit sweatpants for 1–4 hours after for peak recovery.
