KYMIRA Welcomes Patrick Dixon
as Vice President of Business Development

KYMIRA is proud to announce the appointment of Patrick Dixon as its new Vice President of Business Development.

A globally respected leader in human performance, Patrick brings more than two decades of experience optimizing health, performance, and recovery across elite sport, military, and private sectors. His background includes leading multi-million-dollar research portfolios, managing cross-functional performance teams, and driving product innovation—making him an ideal addition to the KYMIRA leadership team.
Patrick began his career in exercise science at the University of Connecticut, earning his Master’s degree under Dr. William J. Kraemer while also serving as a strength and conditioning coach. His career has been defined by a commitment to enhancing power, performance, and recovery for athletes.
Over nearly two decades in collegiate athletics, Patrick coached at the University of Connecticut, University of California–Berkeley, St. John’s University, and Loyola Marymount University. His programs contributed to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and Sweet Sixteen finishes in women’s basketball, soccer, and volleyball, as well as a National Championship in softball.
Beyond coaching, Patrick has served as a consultant to several biotechnology and human performance companies—including Fitgenetix, Dyve Biosciences, and Masimo Medical Technology—helping to develop products that enhance physiological performance and training efficiency. Most recently, he worked with Momentous, the Philadelphia Flyers, and tactical performance partners to advance recovery, performance, and long-term physiological adaptation.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Pat to the team at KYMIRA,” said Tim Brownstone, Founder and CEO of KYMIRA. “We’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him over the past few years through our shared customers with Momentous, and he has even introduced new partners to us.
